Personal Data Protection

Although you can browse through most of this website without giving any information about yourself, personal information is required in order to provide the e-services you request (registration for experts, subscription to the newsletter).

The data is collected via personal subscription and selected lists of contacts that are publicly available and serve the purpose of disseminating information on the subject of social inclusion.

The information is saved in a database via an online form, checked to eliminate fictitious or incorrect data, and validated for future use. Authorised personnel from ÖSB Consulting GmbH and from the European Commission have access to the data collected and have sole authority to read and correct it in the event of input error.

All personal data will be treated in strictest confidence and in compliance with EU legislation (Regulation (EC) No 45/2001 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 18 December 2000).
