“Feeding in” and “Feeding out”, and Integrating Immigrants and Ethnic Minorities
This report presents an independent overview of reports for the second semester of 2006 submitted by the network’s experts in November 2006. It covers the 25 countries that were EU Member States in 2006 and provides an analysis of ‘feeding-in’ and ‘feeding-out’ between the National Action Plans on Social Inclusion and the National Reform Programmes on growth and jobs (drawing on the Implementation Reports submitted by Member States in October 2006), and an overview of national policies on immigration and ethnic minorities.
